Full Spectrum Communications is looking for exceptional people for some well paid and well trained positions; one Office Manager/Bookkeeper, and several field positions need to be filled..

Telephone/CATV/Fiber Optic Lineman and Underground specialist/Foreman: We are looking for an experienced person with Outdoor Telephone and Fiber Optic construction experience in placing and splicing same on poles and underground. This is for a person that will lead a relatively new division of Full Spectrum Communications. Experience is a must!
As this is a fairly new division of our 23-year company, the ideal candidate will be willing to work in the other areas of the company, including tower, and inside cabling, as well as video, CATV, and other areas viewable on our web site. Training will be provided in these other areas.
Candidate must have a good driving record, be neat, prompt and able to follow directions. Smoking is not permitted in the company office, our trucks, or at our customer's facilities, either inside or outside of their buildings. Must have own hand tools. Click here for a list of required tools.

Tower professional: This is for work on microwave and Cellular towers. This is for an experienced person, possibly forman level. Work is not full time in this department, therfore the ideal candidate must be willing to work in the other areas of the company, including aerial and underground construction, inside cabling, as well as video, CATV, and other areas viewable on our web site. Training will be provided in these other areas.

Telephone System Installer/Technician:  Candidate must be able to set up at least one of the following systems without supervision, including associated Voicemail systems - Norstar, Lucent/Avaya, and ESI. This position is full time and will involve work in other areas of the company, including tower, and inside cabling, as well as video, and will involve climbing and hard work.
Candidate must have a good driving record, be neat, prompt and able to follow directions. Technician:  We are willing to hire and train neat, hard working, intelligent individuals looking to start a career in communications working in our phone, satellite, wireless, fiber optics and other fields.

Benefits:  FSC offers  medical after 3 calendar months--fully paid for the employee. We have 7 holidays, 3 sick days (paid after one year if not taken), and two weeks vacation after one year.

Pay:  We pride ourselves in hiring the best and paying well for these individuals.

Work will be based primarily in Southern California, mostly Orange and LA counties, with limited travel beyond.

They must be neat (Visible tattoos or jewelry are not permitted) while employed by, or representing, Full Spectrum Communications
They must be on time.
They must be able to fill out paperwork in a very timely fashion, including time sheets and job logs.
They must be on time (it's redundand but important!).
They must take pride in their work.
They must have enough sense to not drink on the job or at a time that will affect their job.
They must show up for work prepared to work (pen and pencil in pocket, properly dressed, sober, rested, with all of their tools)
